How can I get my life back together?

If your life gets tough and you don’t see any purpose to continue, this is good.

This is a wake-up call. Live or die.

A lot of people choose to live.

This is how they do it:

They try to improve at least one percent in each of these 4 areas every day:
Physical health, emotional health, mental health and spiritual help.

Physical health means sleeping 8 hours every night, eating healthier, moving or doing some form of exercise. Don’t neglect the power of flossing. I started flossing a few months ago (not very regularly yet though). So yesterday my dentist found no problems with my teeth whereas earlier visits ended up with multiple problems. It works. I’m flossing today.

Emotional health means being around people who love you. You have to appreciate their support and be supportive for their successes too. I cut toxic people from my life. I don’t answer their phone calls. I don’t go have coffee or lunch with them. Only positive people are worth talking too. Watch stand-up comedy. Laugh more.

Mental health means you exercise your brain and creativity. You can do this by reading, blogging, writing, creating and sharing ideas, playing, writing down 10 ideas in your idea notebook. Any ideas, good or bad. Doesn’t matter. It’s just an exercise. This post for me is a mental exercise. And I hope it’s helpful to other people.

Spiritual health means different things to different people. Some of them choose to believe in God, so they pray. Some of them meditate, so they breath. Some of them just try to be grateful for every moment in their lives. Notice each moment. Find what works for you. I’m grateful for this opportunity to write these words.

So try to improve your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health starting today and every 6 months you will see a new breakthrough.

Let me know if this helps.
